The name does the work.
Tenor is the steady course a thing holds: the tenor of an agreement, of a conversation. Worth is measurable value. Together they describe what we think AI should be inside a serious business: steady, measurable, and quietly reliable. The opposite of the hype most operators are tired of hearing.
Tenorworth is the AI implementation practice of TravAlarm, Inc. We work with small and mid-market businesses in Southern California where trust and compliance are not optional.
Seventeen years in regulated environments.
The practice is led by someone who has built and shipped systems inside JPMorgan Chase, Scotiabank, Royal Bank of Scotland, KPMG, Highmark Health, QBE Insurance, and a $5B specialty insurer. Banking, insurance, healthcare, and hospitality, with audit and compliance requirements throughout. That background is why the governance, audit trail, and data-boundary questions get answered before the demo, not after.
We are deliberately small. Every engagement has one senior person accountable from the first conversation to the reported result.

Arka has spent seventeen years designing data and AI platforms inside regulated institutions: a 100-petabyte data lake at JPMorgan Chase, the global cloud data platform at Scotiabank, the enterprise data lake at KPMG, and most recently the agentic AI architecture and its governance process at a $5B specialty insurer. Earlier work spans Royal Bank of Scotland, Highmark Health, QBE Insurance, and Expedia.
The work is hands-on. Arka builds the agents, the retrieval over a client's own documents, and the controls around them, rather than handing a deck to someone else. Arka is a HIPAA Certified Professional, an Oracle Certified Professional, and a Certified Scrum Master, and works from San Diego.
Arka is also co-founder and CTO of iTrek.ai, which builds spatial data infrastructure for AI systems. It is a separate, venture-backed product company. Tenorworth is the practice, and the two do not share clients or engagements.
